Cancellation Policy

General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Coaching, Mentoring, and Interim Management C-Stone Development Solutions 1. Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between C-Stone Development Solutions (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and its clients (hereinafter referred to as "Client") for services in the areas of coaching, mentoring, and interim management, regardless of whether the Client is a consumer (Section 13 of the German Civil Code [BGB]) or an entrepreneur (Section 14 of the German Civil Code [BGB]). 2. Description of Services The Provider offers customized coaching and mentoring services as well as interim management for companies and individuals. The content, duration, and modalities of the services are defined in the respective offer or individual agreement. 3. Conclusion of Contract A contract is concluded upon written or electronic confirmation of the offer by the Client and subsequent acceptance by the Provider. Verbal agreements require written confirmation. 4. Remuneration and Terms of Payment Remuneration is based on the respective offer and is due within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction, unless otherwise agreed. Payment plans are available upon individual agreement. 5. Cancellation Policy a) Individual Sessions (Coaching/Mentoring): – Cancellation up to 3 calendar days before the scheduled appointment: 100% refund of the fee already paid – Cancellation from 2 calendar days up to 24 hours before the appointment: 25% refund – Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-show: no refund b) Coaching Packages (e.g., 3-month or 6-month programs): – The above cancellation deadlines apply analogously to individual sessions within the package. – The coaching package can be canceled by the client at any time. In this case, a cancellation fee of 25% of the outstanding (future) package fee is payable. – Services already rendered must be paid in full. No refunds will be issued for sessions already attended. 6. Rescheduling of Appointments by the Provider The provider reserves the right to reschedule appointments for important reasons (e.g., illness, force majeure). In this case, an alternative date will be offered. No claim for damages exists. 7. Liability The provider is liable only for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct. For slight negligence, the provider is liable only in cases of injury to life, body, or health.
